BRIAN BEAULIEU: Prosperity in the Age of Decline & 2016 Economic Forecast. Brian has served as CEO of ITR Economics™ since 1987 where he researches the use of business cycle analysis and economic forecasts to increase profitability. He co-authored Make Your Move, a book on increasing profits through business cycle changes. Brian has been providing workshops and economic analysis seminars in 7 countries to thousands of business owners and executives for the last 30 years.

MALCOLM SLEE: ACA Employer Health Coverage Reporting Requirements. Malcolm is of counsel at Groom Law Group, Chartered. Mr. Slee advises employers, issuers, plan administrators, associations, and plan trustees on a comprehensive range of issues arising under ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and related laws and regulations. He has particular experience with collectively bargained and multiemployer plans. In addition, since the enactment of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in 2010, Mr. Slee has focused extensively on helping clients navigate the new statutory rules and guidance.

DEAN MCKENZIE: OSHA Update. Dean is the Deputy Director for OSHA’s Directorate of Construction. He is an industrial construction professional with 34 years of experience in heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects from steel mills, power plants and breweries. Dean is a journeyman Millwright and a Licensed General Contractor. He joined OSHA in the Directorate of Construction’s Office of Construction Services in 2009.
