TAUC’s Affiliate Member, Segal Consulting, has recently put together a notice entitled “What Sponsors of Multiemployer Plans Need to Know about the Model Employer Notice under the Affordable Care Act and Revised Model COBRA Election Notice.”

We would highly encourage TAUC members to review this and contact their multiemployer plan offices to get their assistance in complying with the new law.
