Chad Cotter has experienced in the full range of services needed to envision, engineer and execute major projects for power generation, utilities, industrial and manufacturing facilities, refining, chemical process, aviation, and water treatment facilities. n Cotter is regional global practice manager in the St. Louis office of Burns & McDonnell, where he works with clients in the Midwest and across the country. He brings two decades of experience delivering projects for the diverse spectrum of clients and markets Burns & McDonnell serves, both from the design and construction sides. n Cotter leads a team of design and construction professionals in St. Louis, where he has lived and worked for his entire life. He is a professional engineer in Illinois, and long has been involved in leadership in construction organizations.
