At The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC), we believe in the transformative power of unions, associations, and partnerships. On July 10, 2024, TAUC renewed and expanded its partnership, now including the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA), alongside our long-standing partners, the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA). 

This expansion is built on the success of a similar agreement formed in 2021 between TAUC, NECA, and MCAA. The remarkable achievements of this initial alliance demonstrated the significant benefits of collaboration. With the addition of SMACNA, this broadened partnership underscores our commitment to fostering unity and excellence within the construction and maintenance sectors.
