Those in attendance heard from a variety of owner representatives, Fed OSHA and your fellow TAUC contractors, and saw first hand how a webinar, or online seminar, is conducted!
“Tailor-Made NMA” was presented in front of a live studio audience from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. EDT, and explained how the addendum process can be utilized under the National Maintenance Agreements from the perspective of the contractor, owner and building trades representatives.
Mr. Tom Householder of American Electric Power (AEP) addressed attendees on an owners expectations from both union contractors and labor in a presentation entitled “Great Expectations.”
Mr. Brian Nyerges of FirstEnergy was on hand to discuss how his organization is dealing with the issues surrounding Hexavalent Chromium.
And Mr. Stewart Burkhammer of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) was there to give an update on what is taking place at OSHA on the Federal level.
