2/5/2007 Kevin Hilton, Vice President of Industrial Relations for both TAUC and the National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee, Inc. (NMAPC) met with General Motors in Detroit, MI.

2/5/2007 Kevin Hilton also attended the Great Lakes Fabricators and Erectors Association’s 2007 Annual Meeting & Banquet at the Detroit Athletic Club in Detroit, MI. The GLFEA is a long time TAUC Local Employer Organization (LEO) Member.

2/6/2007 Todd Mustard, Executive Director of Association Services for TAUC attended the Iron Worker Employers’ Association of Western Pennsylvania’s 2007 Annual Dinner at the Lexus Club in downtown Pittsburgh, PA. The IWEA of W. PA is also a long time TAUC LEO Member. Walter Wise, General Treasurer of the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers was the Key Note Speaker at this event.

2/7/2007 Steve Lindauer, Chief Executive Officer of TAUC and Impartial Secretary of the NMAPC, Kevin Hilton and Jacob Snyder, Director of Labor Relations for both TAUC and the NMAPC attended the NMAPC’s Labor Section Meeting in the National Office in Arlington, VA.

2/13/2007 – 2/16/2007 Steve Lindauer attended the Iron Workers’ Annual Business Managers Meeting at Bally’s in Las Vegas, NV.

2/13/2007 – 2/15/2007 Mike Dorsey, Manager of Membership for TAUC attended the Construction Safety Conference and Expo at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.

2/15/2007 Kevin Hilton and Jacob Snyder attended the NMAPC’s Interim Owner Advisory Committee Meeting in Cleveland, OH.

2/19/2007 – 2/20/2007 Steve Lindauer and Kevin Hilton along with representatives from Walbridge Aldinger, the IBEW, Sheet Metal Workers, and Carpenters International Unions met with representatives of DaimlerChysler, Ford Motor Company and General Motors in Auburn Hills, MI.

2/20/2007 Kevin Hilton provided the Great Lakes Owners Caucus with a presentation on the advantages of utilizing TAUC contractors at their quarterly meeting in Detroit, MI. 2/20/2007 Steve Lindauer attended a Tri-Partite Meeting with AK Steel and Building and Construction Trades Department Representatives.

2/20/2007 Todd Mustard Mike Dorsey participated in a Drug Free Workplace Alliance Conference Call that discussed future goals and an update on the progress of the alliance.

2/21/2007 – 2/22/2007 Kevin Hilton and Jacob Snyder assisted in the implementation of a local tripartite committee for upcoming work at the General Motors – Spring Hill Assembly Complex at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 429 Office in Nashville, TN.

2/22/2007 Todd Mustard and Tad Kicielinski, Manager of Communications for both TAUC and the NMAPC attended the Joint TAUC and National Association of Construction Boilermaker Employers (NACBE) Safety Meeting at the Sofitel Hotel in Rosemont, IL.

2/22/2007 Mike Dorsey attended the Economic Policy Institute Forum in Washington, DC.

2/23/2007 Steve Lindauer and Kevin Hilton met with representatives from the International Labor Management Alliance to discuss skilled labor shortages at the National Office in Arlington, VA.
