Hutton Strader Joins ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp.

Hutton Strader has joined ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. and related companies in the newly created position of business development specialist, the company recently announced.

“The multifaceted position will focus on high-priority account management, which includes overseeing the company’s national accounts program,” ALL said. “He will also be responsible for conducting technical sales support across the ALL Family’s entire North American footprint. Additionally, he will assist product managers at the company’s Cleveland headquarters with fleet evaluation and new product assessments. Overall, Strader will bridge sales and marketing functions, approaching both with a unique strategy that combines problem solving and problem avoidance.”

Strader has a mechanical engineering degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and comes to ALL from Liebherr Cranes Inc., where he served as national accounts manager for five years. “I am humbled that this is the third position I’ve had that was created specifically for me,” said Strader. “As an engineer, I think I have shown value by approaching organizations differently and helping them look at themselves differently.” Strader joins ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. from Liebherr Cranes Inc., where he was national accounts manager for more than five years…I work from the top down and from the bottom up; I know that everyone in the organization has something important to share.”
