IMPACT names Kenny Waugh new director for Region V

The Ironworker Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust (IMPACT) has announced that Kenny Waugh will take over for Kevin Byrnes as the IMPACT Regional Director for Region V, which encompasses the Mid-Atlantic States District Council, the Tennessee Valley and Vicinity District Council and the Southeastern States District Council.
