The State of the Union Construction Industry Forum gives everyone — contractors, owners and labor representatives — the chance to hear from a highly regarded series of expert speakers on a variety of legislative and regulatory topics that directly affect our business.

This year’s agenda includes:

• Keynote Speaker: Patrick Finley, General President, Operative Plasterers’ and Cement Masons’ International Association
  
• National Maintenance Agreements Revisions: A special presentation from NMA Co-Chairs Brent Booker and Bob Hoover.
  
• OSHA’s 2012 Regulatory Agenda: Jim Maddux, Director of the Directorate of Construction at OSHA, will discuss the agency’s priorities in 2012.
  
• Wage and Benefit Settlements in 2011: A presentation from Carey Peters of the Construction Labor Research Council
