Judy Freeman

Judy Freeman serves as the Senior Director of Meetings and Events for The Association of Union Constructors, where she leads the strategy, planning, and execution of the organization’s meetings and conferences. She has supported the association since 2005, first as an outsourced partner and joined the staff full-time in early 2022.

With extensive experience overseeing complex, global events, Judy has directed programs ranging from focused leadership meetings to large-scale conferences and trade shows with up to 3,000 participants. Her portfolio spans corporate, trade association, and government audiences, with an emphasis on operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and consistent delivery.

Judy holds a business degree from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business, with a focus on hotel, restaurant, and institutional management. She is a Certified Meetings Professional and Digital Event Strategist.

Outside of her professional role, Judy has been honored to support health and wellness initiatives through yoga instruction in partnership with the U.S. Secret Service.
