“Tailor-Made NMA” is the second installment in TAUC’s Webinar series, and will offer participants detailed instructions on how to craft project labor agreements under the NMA that include built-in solutions to problems that “one size fits all” agreements fail to recognize.
Thanks to our Webinar Sponsor, Forest City Erectors, a TAUC Governing Member!
What is a webinar? Simply put, it is an online seminar that you can listen to over your computer speakers that allows you to ask questions and interact with the presenters during the event.
To register for “Tailor-Made NMA”, simply click here, complete the online registration form and then join the event from your home or office pc at the designated time. It’s that easy!!
Tailor-Made NMA will be broadcast live from Cleveland, Ohio, during TAUC’s Cleveland Rocks Union Construction (CRUC) safety-labor forum.
Don Jones, Manager of Construction for the Bayer Corporation, will provide the owner’s perspective during the webinar. He recently added an amendment to the National Maintenance Agreements (NMA) for the Bayer site in New Martinsville, West Virginia.
Mr. Jones will be discussing his experiences with the NMA Addendum process and offer an insiders look at what an owner should know about the process.
The National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee (NMAPC) has a long history of working with contractors and owners in the construction industry to help make union construction more competitive in the marketplace.
Tune in live to “Tailor-Made NMA” on August 15 to hear industry leaders, such as Don Jones, talk about how to use the NMAPC program to maximize profits and minimize uncertainty.
