As we head into the holiday season, the Keystone XL Pipeline remains one of the hottest topics on Capitol Hill. Supporters of the pipeline, including several building trades international unions, say the massive 1,661-mile project will generate thousands of jobs, and are urging the Obama Administration to grant final approval so that construction can begin.
