Jacob Snyder

Previously Jacob served as the Vice President of Human Resources, Safety and Labor Relations. He began working at Enerfab in 2009 as the Managing Director of Safety and Labor Relations focusing on his expertise in managing strategic hires, employee training & development, and supervising labor relations. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and an MPA in Personnel Management and Labor Relations from Bowling Green State University.

Jacob has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years.  He joined Enerfab in 2009 and served in a variety of roles leading labor relations, human resources, safety, IT, and supply chain before assuming his current role as Chief Operating Officer in 2020.  In addition to his role at TAUC, Jacob is active with a number of organizations in the industry and serves as the management co-chair of the NMAPC.  Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and an MPA in Personnel Management and Labor Relations from Bowling Green State University.
