Shannon Watts is a seasoned professional in Construction Operations Management, currently serving as the Vice President at Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation. With over two decades of experience, he has demonstrated proficiency in executing corporate construction activities, including Project Management, Installation, and Manufacturing. In his role, Mr. Watts effectively develops and adapts Project Processes within the broader framework of a Design and Build Service firm. His extensive tenure at Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation, where he progressed from Construction Operations Manager to his current position, reflects his successful management of large domestic turnkey projects and complex industrial process projects involving multiple trades.

Prior to his role at Gallagher-Kaiser, Mr. Watts served as a Senior Project Manager at Durr Systems, Inc., where he held complete responsibility for turnkey process equipment projects. His contributions included P&L responsibility, leadership of Project Execution Teams, procurement coordination, claims mitigation, and stakeholder reporting.
